The new conveyor model manufactured by Trio Pac is designed for radius applications with a minimum inside turn radius of 23.62 in (600 mm), and row to row with an nominally angle of 1.33 degrees around the center of the curve, manages tight transfers, gets regular spacing for the flow of items, reduces investment costs in terms of technical engineering design, eliminates delay during the completion of a conveyor system (manufacturing) and avoids any delivery delays.

Featuring a smooth and closed-up surface, the conveyor with Zero Tangent™ Radius Intralox is compatible with a variety of sizes, configurations and types of packaging, including frail items. The compact conveyor design provides flexibility that simplifies installation with its symmetrical drive and maximizes the physical space in an operational handling environment. The conveyor with Zero Tangent™ Radius Intralox eliminates the need for a straight belt before or after the curve thereby reducing overloading problems. Lug-tooth style sprockets and positive drive system offer better durability and reliability. Costs and maintenance time is minimized by a modular belt design that eliminates misalignment of the belt, and improves security while reducing pinch points. "Several templates were created in-house to test and to validate the market to test the best strategies to respond adequately to Internet researches in the field of conveyors, in addition, to create an optimization of icons to quickly get the information about our equipment and services in just a few clicks." L’implantation d’un projet de convoyeur avec une combinaison dynamique de manipulation et de transportation amène la réussite pour Lactantia du groupe Parmalat

 

(Canada) Montréal, le 28 juillet 2015 - La direction de Trio Pac est fière d’annoncer la fin des travaux pour la fabrication sur mesure d’équipements de ligne automatisée pour l’usine Parmalat, division Lactantia, à Victoriaville, qui a retenue ses services pour accroître sa capacité, son efficacité et sa productivité de rendement à l’intérieur d’une cellule robotisée.

 

Pour faire suite à son projet d’expansion de cinq (5) millions de dollars et de l’achat d’un terrain de 35,000 mètres carré effectués antérieurement par les promoteurs, Lactantia tenait à s’assurer de maintenir son classement parmi les trois (3) usines les plus performantes du groupe International Parmalat, en travaillant de concert avec l’équipe d’ingénierie de Trio Pac pour développer un système de convoyeur à la fine pointe de la technologie qui saura améliorer l’efficacité des processus de travail.

 

Convoyeur à haute cadence dans une cellule robotisée

Pratique pour son ergonomie, simple d’utilisation et extrêmement rapide au niveau de la cadence le nouveau système de convoyeur installé dans une cellule fermée complètement robotisée permettra de bonifier les activités opérationnelles de manipulation, limiter les arrêts de travail, transporter avec haute précision, entre autre, les blocs de fromage d’un point à l’autre avec des courroies hygiéniques de type Intralox qui sont facilement lavables et en conformité avec les normes exigeantes de l’industrie agro-alimentaire.

 

De l’exécution des travaux stratégiques par le département d’ingénierie jusqu’à la supervision de l’installation par l’équipe du département de service de Trio Pac, beaucoup de méthodologie et de ressources matérielles ont été rassemblées visant une expérience de réussite parfaite et bénéfique pour Parmalat. With the purchase by the promoters of an additional 35,000 square meter tract for its 5$ million expansion, Lactancia wanted to make sure to maintain its ranking among the top three (3) most efficient plants of International Parmalat Group by working in concert with Trio Pac engineering team to develop a conveyor system with cutting edge technology that improves the efficiency of work processes.

(Canada) Montreal, July 28, 2015 - A leader in dairy processing in Canada, Agropur continues to growth revenues with a jump of 21.3% in February to $ 4.7 billion, and plants more growth at the plant in St-Hyacinthe by adding new equipment, developing new production lines and optimize the packing. 

Following the exponential growth for Agropur plant in St-Hyacinthe, Trio Pac was selected to execute this ambitious project with over 200 linear feet of conveyor while increasing worker production line safety and improving the efficiency of packaging operations with powerful and versatile ergonomic equipment for variable size items. The new integrated conveyor system with plastic chains and Hytrol and Toledo balance increased flexibility to multiple applications related to Agropur operational activities. For optimizing packaging - divided by an individual packaging product section, then, followed by a filling cartons section for transport - multiple removable separators have been incorporated into the conveyor system custom-made to provide positioning precision for a complete solution of handling and meeting the highest standards in the industry.

Trio Pac expert team of the engineering department helped to achieve at a fast pace the solutions implementation of the strategic plan by improving and optimizing all needs and, answering adequately to the mandate assigned by Agropur.
